member submission

Hello,

I have prepared a member submission using respec but it fails the pubrules checks.

The static html is available from

The editable version is available from
https://openprovenance.org/prov-jsonld/spec-2024-06-19.html

The pubrules error messages complain about sections/urls generated by respec.
