Not automatically at least, but you can set `respecConfig.publishDate = "2021-12-07"` to lock the publish date. ReSpec infers publishDate from `document.lastModified` (Last-Modified HTTP header), which GitHub Pages deployment always updates whenever it re-deploys (on any file change). As GitHub Pages makes use of Jekyll, it may be possible to configure excludes there, but I cannot confirm whether or not it will work.
