Hi, Is it possible to not update the ED's date when the spec itself is not updated in ReSpec? For example, the publication date of the Screen Wake Lock API ED[1] is 12 September 2022, but the actual modification date of the spec is 7 December 2021[2]. Is there a way to make the two dates the same, i.e., do not automatically update the publication date when other files in the repo (such as the explainer) are modified?
