Re: On the new header style

As I wrote in the issue, I agree with Elika that the section should be open by default so that newcomers know where to find this information. As long as collapsing it is remembered, it's not a huge overhead for readers to collapse it once, and it makes the info inside more discoverable.

Since implementation seemed to be a sticking point (last mention was that PLH was working on a script a week ago), I took a stab [1]. Hope that's useful!
