For anyone having trouble publishing with Bikeshed atm: specberus seems to have updated in a way that's incompatible with publishing with Bikeshed's caniuse feature on /TR. It'll probably take a little while to sort that all out (the issue is specberus erroring out on external resources, so we either need to except these or have w3.org serve them up or something), so in the meantime if you have a spec that needs publishing flip Include Can I Use Panels: yes to Include Can I Use Panels: no ~fantasai
