"Unofficial" is if you are just putting something together to share amongst, say, colleagues and friends. However, if you draft is an actual CG-DRAFT, then please bear with the community as we address the readability issues (and kindly please refrain from overriding default styles... as fantasai notes, this often makes things worse and leads to further problems/confusion).
