Re: Github "draft" pull requests

I like this feature as it allows work to be made available for community 
PR commenting etc which it isn't if you keep it all in a local 
repository until ready to make a formal PR.

However, it might encourage unmerged work to live a long time which is 
usually an anti pattern.

Pros and cons :)
