Re: problem with Previous version

On a related note - I see that with their spec at
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/rdf/raw-file/default/rdf-primer/index.html there is
a Previous Recommendation header.  That doesn't seem right, does it?  This
is a note.  What sort of header should be included when there is a
previously published Note and a previous draft of the new version?
