Site Query.

Hello there. I was looking inside the source properties of a blog called[o9a.org](http://o9a.org/)to try to identify its host. My enquiries led to this page.

I note you have a code of ethics for your internal company. My enquiry is this: is[w3.org](http://w3.org/)or w3c the legal host of[o9a.org](http://o9a.org/)and its content? I have no interest in enquiring as to the site owner but the role[w3.org](http://w3.org/)may (inadvertently) play in maintaining the content[o9a.org](http://o9a.org/)presents. I appreciate any response.
