Broken HTML on member admin page

Trying to join https://www.w3.org/community/idcg/join as a non-admin.

The title element is:
 <title>        <title>Request to join the Inclusion and Diversity
Community Group</title>    </title>

Trying to access https://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/queue
The HTML is:
this resource using the <strong>,access</strong> tool.</li>

I think the comma is unnecessary, and there should be a link.

Are these pages on GitHub or somewhere similar?
