Hi Bob, you should do a bit of research on websites before buying. First, when you check the hosting company of the domain, you can see they use CloudFlare (you can check the hosting company, IPs etc. here, just enter the domain https://hostingchecker.com/#zhangtengjin.com) This is not suspicious on its own, a lot of companies use CDNs, but you can not contact directly the hosting company. Then if you check to domain WhoIs(here https://au.godaddy.com/whois), you can see the domain is registered in China. (another red flag) Then when you go to the contact info, there is only form, no address or phone or any other way to contact them. I would not buy from such shady online stores.
