Thay have appeared over a period of an hour yest all include the same time '2020-02-14 16:02 UTC'. On Friday we did some maintenance on our user account database, and closed a number of accounts that had been dormant for several years. Those accounts had already been locked following some changes made in 2014 [1], and since they had not been reactivated since then we have now fully disabled them. We have written individual messages to the concerned users whose account has been disabled, but had no easy way of informing Chairs of Community Groups, though. Apologies for the surprise!
