Schema Bib Extend Community Group

As chir of this group I have this afternoon received a series of emails
informing me that several individual members is "no longer a participant in
Schema Bib Extend Community Group.

At first I was not concerned but after a few of these arrived they appear
symptomatic of something going on.  Thay have appeared over a period of an
hour yest all include the same time '2020-02-14 16:02 UTC'.
