I hope this email finds you well. I'm Ali from 2degrees Mobile Ltd. 2degrees is a major ISP & cellular network provider in New Zealand. Since some time on 9 December (UTC), w3.org has been unreachable from 2degrees network. Analysis by our engineers indicates this is potentially due to blacklisting or blocking of our traffic. We are not aware of any reason to be blacklisted and have not received any notice of the same. Can you please investigate and provide feedback urgently as this is impacting customer services and users which need to access resources hosted at w3.org.
