XML W3 format

Hi there 

 

Does it make any difference when using Google XML format or other that
encompass all type of search engines?

 

Example

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>

<urlset xmlns="http://www.sitemaps.org/schemas/sitemap/0.9">

 

Compare to W3 XML sitemap 

<xs:schema xmlns:xs="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema">

 

Not sure if you be able to provide the best format to use and if you have
examples that will be great!
