Where is the Vehicle Information API specification?

Dear W3C site team,

I am looking for the Vehicle Information API specification.
A few weeks ago I was able to reach it at
https://www.w3.org/TR/vehicle-information-api/. But today this URL says
"Document not found".

Hopefully I can still consult a cached version from Google:
