Display bug : TOC overlaps content

Most of the resources linked from https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/ <https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG20-TECHS/> do not display properly on my laptop (both firefox & chrome)

The TOC overlaps and hides part of the content when the screen width is 1248px or more.
See the attached screenshot
