Whoops, it seems the directory proper is not public (don't know why) but schemas within it are:
 http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wn/wn20/schemas/wnbasic.rdfs
 http://www.w3.org/2006/03/wn/wn20/schemas/wnfull.rdfs
