Hello W3-Team,

in the next week we want to relaunch our website ( http://www.silber.cc
) with some nice HTML5 element. To promote the HTML5 standard we are
interested to use the HTML5 ( http://www.w3.org/html/logo/ ) in the
footer of our website. My question: Is it allowed to use the HTML5 logo
on a commercial websites?
