website validation

Hi. I cannot get my site validated fully on W3.org's Mobile Validation site. It does get a 100% rating but with Cautions. Where can I go for help in parsing the information that I need. I have tried many different combinations for days. My site is
www.fishtank-aquarium.com/mobi/index.html. I have a file there that verifys a little better; index3a.html.
