Page not working properly for 24 hours or more

I have been trying to use the CCS validator page now for the last 24  
hours and it constantly times out. 9 times out of 10 it fails to  
respond.

The link is http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/.

This also means that links on pages to the CSS Validated icon <img  
src="http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/images/vcss" alt="Valid CSS!" / 
 > do not load.

It would appear you have a problem with the jigsaw.w3.org server.
