Request to remove an email address which keeps bouncing

Hi, 

I have noticed that everytime I post to : 

Semantic Web <semantic-web@w3.org>

I get a bounced message stating that the email didn't get delivered to : 

jye@seu.edu.cn

Is there something which can be done about this.
