Visualizing impacts of US policies on global programs and objectives

Dear all,

Sorry for crossposting, but the question I have is of general audience
character and significance.

Within the framework of global programs, both at United Nations and
European Union, ASEAN and other regional bodies level I am trying to
establish in a visual way the impacts and ramifications of current US
policies with regard to humanitarian and relief aid, global programs for
health, climate action, biodiversity conservation, environmental
protection, human rights and sustainability.

And in particular for the scientific, technological, educational and
innovation infrastructures for all of these and other important issues.

As objects to map to I intend to use UN bodies and their main defining
treaties and subsequent programs that have targets defined (e.g. Paris
Accord for climate change, the Sustainable Development Goals and the
Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework), and at a later stage
similar bodies and programs with targets set for regional organizations.

As input objects I will use Executive Orders and corresponding policy
objectives and targets and DOGE funding, staffing and program cuts.

Which visual graph based tools, ontologies and semantic web based tools are
best suited to create visualizations that can also be exported to graphic
formats suitable for infographics.

I am aiming to create such visualizations for the upcoming 3rd UN Ocean
Conference to be held in Nice, France 9-13 June next (
https://sdgs.un.org/conferences/ocean2025/about-unoc-2025).
These visualizations are intended primarily to signal effects on the
scientific, technological, educational and innovation infrastructures.

Some websites currently tracking changes in the USA are:

https://www.project2025.observer/
https://www.fastcompany.com/91286705/project-2025-tracker-website-trump-second-term

I would also like to know if anyone has used AI to distill the strategic
planning behind these policies that can be converted to StratML format.

Right now NO trackers exist to show the ramifications for science,
technology, education and innovation. The International Science Council is
making recommendations for a recalibration but I think it is important that
we maintain US science, technology and innovation capabilities as a key
objective as well.

In order to do so we need to quantify and qualify impacts and ramifications
for both US and international audiences.

And we may even be able to get (private sector) funding at EU and US levels
for trackers, projects and reports.
