Speaking of specifications, you may have noticed that Wikidata has cross-references to QUDT for units of measure (such as https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property:P2968). If you want to exchange numerical information on the semantic web, QUDT is an open-source, FAIR resource. See https://qudt.org<https://qudt.org/>. All the vocabulary entries have resolvable URIs.

We also did something similar as part of OntoCommons project focusing on the ontology development instead of the KG. Therefore they seem to complement each other pretty well.
