Semantic Web Interest Group, Hello. I am recently exploring AI-enhanced budget analytics. These technologies would provide societal benefits including, but not limited to, those from equipping citizens (e.g., journalists) with tools to explore governmental budgets. Should these topics interest you, I just recently broached these ideas with the Dialog System Technology Challenge (DSTC) group: https://groups.google.com/a/dstc.community/g/list/c/5nMLh6B0_Xg . I am hoping to catalyze a "BudgetQA challenge". I write, today, in hopes of discussing and learning more about how Semantic Web technologies could be components of solutions or approaches to a BudgetQA challenge. Could large-scale budgets and related data for dialogue systems be represented, at least in "working memory", as semantic graphs? Are any others working on these or related topics?
