But isn't this every single page on the Web?



The solution is, of course, to permit signing for every single aspect
of a document.   Sign the RDF; sign the LD; sign the canonical
character sequence; sign the actual character sequence; sign the non-
commented portions; sign the provenance; sign the schema; sign the
ontology; sign the referenced documents; sign the history; sign the
minimal model; sign the download; ....   [Only very slightly tongue in
cheek.]
