Question - call for support and opportunity for aspiring phd student's project

Hi all, 

I have three questions, please. 

1) Would anyone be interested in formally supporting my project (https://ontospace.wordpress.com)?Please contact me privately.
2) Are there any professors who would like me as a student for that?I'd like to find either a PhD study opportunity, worldwide, to realize the project vision. 

3) Are there any universities or companies here that would be interested in joining or funding proposals to develop that project? (time-sensitive)
I've been searching since 2011.

In general, I'd like to find mentors, and established a sustianable environment (e.g. study situation) with a team consisting of semantic tech experts an others to realize the project vision. I'd like sponsors, patrons, or employer to sustain development, and help form a team with technical expertise and tools to execute.
