Opening for (senior) postdoc Linked Data (2.5 years) at VU Amsterdam We have an opening for a*postdoc*to be the*technical lead of a team*building a*linked data infrastructure*for data sharing in social sciences and humanities. The position is for*2.5 years*full-time (partime possible). You will be funded by the Dutch Science Foundation NWO on the CLARIAH project, building a linked data sharing infrastructure for researchers in humanities and social sciences. Relevant research topics for this project are publishing, storying and querying linked data, data integration, data evolution, data provenance, user interfaces for semantic systems and similar related topics, to be mutually agreed upon. You will be part of a*world-leading team*in semantics, semantic web, linked data and knowledge representation. We are located in*Amsterdam*, which is consistently ranked as one of the cities with the best quality of life worldwide. Your salary will be in the range of €3200-3500 per month depending on your experience, with an additional 8% annual holiday pay plus an 8% end of year bonus, and up to 25 days of holidays. If you are from outside the EU, you may qualify for a 30% tax break.
