Dear Sebastian,
You have sent quite a few emails for feedback on quite a few drafts. Several people including myself have commented on various of these even though I cannot seem to recollect to which I replied quite frankly.
Can you please provide a draft which has a summary that outlines the objective of your project(s), intended uses in which market segments of ICT, and which intended professional user groups?
I myself am working on a universal global digital dashboard to pull down, exchange, access, transmit, process, analyze and distribute any data feed, stream or messaging over the Internet, whether the IoT, connected devices, remote sensors and basically anything that has an IP address, including living things.
Coming up with such a framework requires a rigid an exhaustive breakdown of all possible digital interactions and communications, which obviously necessitates the use of ontologies.
My perspective is the use of such for sustainable development, specifically the Use of Data for Sustainable Development and Agenda 2030.
