[apologies for cross-postings] ============================= RELEASE OF DBlexipedia http://dblexipedia.org ============================= The Semantic Computing Group at CITEC, Bielefeld University, is proud to announce the release of the first version of DBlexipedia. DBlexipedia provides lexicalizations for 608 properties of the DBpedia ontology (http://wiki.dbpedia.org/services-resources/ontology) in English, German and Spanish, which were induced by means of the automatic ontology lexicalization approach M-ATOLL (described in [1] and [2]). The lexicalizations are modelled in lemon format (http://lemon-model.net). Just like DBpedia provides a hub for Semantic Web datasets, DBlexipedia can serve as a hub for the multilingual lexical Semantic Web, an ecosystem in which ontology lexica are published, linked, and re-used across applications. Check out some example lexicalizations: * spouse: http://dblexipedia.org/search/?property=http%3A%2F%2Flemon-model.net%2Flemon%23reference&query=spouse * deathCause: http://dblexipedia.org/search/?property=http%3A%2F%2Flemon-model.net%2Flemon%23reference&query=deathCause We will continuously improve DBlexipedia, especially by increasing the number of covered properties from the DBpedia ontology, and by adding further languages (such as Japanese). For more information, please refer to our paper [3]. And if you happen to be at ISWC, we'd be happy to meet you at the NLP & DBpedia workshop!
