Hi Harry, Did you check out the collaboration features of PoolParty (http://www.poolparty.biz/)? It supports suggestion of new terms for inclusion into thesauri that can then be accepted or rejected by authorized users (e.g., thesaurus managers). From the vocabulary-development perspective it also supports ontologies like FOAF, Geonames, and you can also create your custom data schemas, so you're not bound to SKOS.
