This is the 1st paragraph: "We need a system that encourages learning and
creates business and research opportunities through self-organization. The
traditional model is failing us. We must go beyond the traditional model
and personalize education, business, and research with self-organization,
so that individuals can contribute their own ideas and work together toward
common goals."
