I just released a version of Infovore that can do scalable differencing of RDF data sets, producing output in the RDF Patch format http://afs.github.io/rdf-patch/ The tool is written up here https://github.com/paulhoule/infovore/wiki/rdfDiff I ran this against two different weeks of Freebase data, filtered through my tools, and produced the following output in a requester-paid bucket s3://basekb-now/weekly-diff-2013-12-01/ Nothing is specific to Freebase though, and this tool ought to be adaptable to any RDF data out there. -- Paul Houle Expert on Freebase, DBpedia, Hadoop and RDF (607) 539 6254 paul.houle on Skype ontology@gmail.com
