A Questionnaire for SW/LD Authors

Hi all,

Going with the principles of doacracy:

This document [1] is intended to collect a set of questionnaires to ask 
Semantic Web, Linked Data researchers. It is to investigate researchers 
and authors needs in order to publish their work in (X)HTML(+RDFa). You 
are invited to update this document as you see fit. The questionnaire 
will be passed to the community and all results will be made public.
