At the risk of becoming repetitious, this is the kind of "business case" that is aiming at: - see the comments on these threads for some back-and-forth about paying for books for yourself, for the world, for specific groups of users... translation comes up, as does the need to create techie manuals for various audiences...

I agree,
we need such a package for kosovo/albania. We need to deliver the resources in an offline format. they need to be open so that they can be translated. No company will ever pay to translate to Albanian, there is no market.
