Publication of the Task Force notes

The two task force notes[1][2] are now ready to be finalized and published. There might be some last minute, editorial changes on [2] but those are very much minor. Note that [2] has undergone some additional testings lately, with two, independent implementation of the algorithms, which revealed some minor changes on the details of the algorithm.

Is it o.k. to go ahead and find a suitable date with the webmaster for final publications?
