Hi Everybody, We have extended the submission deadline for the Linked Data-a-thon till Sunday Oct 16. We ask everybody to also write up a report and post it on a website about their application. There are no strict guidelines. Simply report what you want everybody to know. Feel free to have a screencast, video, etc. Please submit the application and report links to the following form: http://bit.ly/ldthon2011submission HONOR CODE: We ask participants to stop coding and improving your application by Sunday Oct 16. We trust that every participate will follow this honor code. On Monday Oct 17, we will announce the participating applications so everybody can play with them. They will be posted on the ISWC website: http://iswc2011.semanticweb.org/ On Sunday Oct 23, we will have a one-hour slot during ISWC to present the applications. If a participant is at ISWC, they will be able to present their applications. Otherwise, you could send a short 3 minute video and we will be able to play that. Everybody attending the Linked Data-a-thon presentations at ISWC will be able to vote for their favorite application. We will also have a panel of judges. The final winners will be announced on Thursday Oct 27 during the closing ISWC ceremony. We will have prizes for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place: 300, 200, 100 euros respectively. We encourage anybody to participate! You do not have to be physically present at ISWC to participate. The idea is to show the world all the cool things that can be done with Linked Data! And please share your enthusiasm on twitter/facebook/... using the #ldthon2011 hashtag! Juan Sequeda +1-575-SEQ-UEDA www.juansequeda.com
