Synthetic RDF data generator?

Does anyone of know of a good synthetic RDF graph generator (other
than LUBM), which allows you to control properties like depth/width of
the RDF graph?
Has anyone used TOntoGen (http://lsdis.cs.uga.edu/projects/semdis/tontogen/)?
