Best practice for RDF vocabularies documentation reference?

Hello all

Suppose you have the RDF vocabulary defined by the URI
http://example.org/vocab redirecting to http://example.org/vocab.rdf and
maybe http://example.org/vocab.html through conneg.
Now you have a primer in PDF for this vocabulary at
http://example.org/vocab/primer.pdf
How would you reference this documentation file from inside
http://example.org/vocab.rdf?
I suppose one would include this reference in the <owl:Ontology rdf:about="
http://example.org/vocab"> element.
Using rdfs:seeAlso seems OK, but one would like some more precise property.

Ideas welcome

Bernard

Tried to figure practices by browsing ontology headers starting at
http://prefix.cc/popular/all list but nothing obvious appears ...
Cool resource, BTW
