I've just uploaded this:


It could no doubt benefit from some sanity/typo-checking. I've no idea
of the copyright situation for the "Named Graphs, Provenance and
Trust" paper [1] (which seems to have dropped from HP's site - I
assume the address below is sound), but ideally the formal definition
from there would be copy & pasted across.

Also it's lacking mention of tools etc. that support named graphs, and
is itself an orphan, so if you can think of any linkage, please get
