Not sure that this site is still active, but http://www.schemaweb.info seems to use various stylesheets to convert RDFS/OWL to an HTML representation. For example: http://www.schemaweb.info/schema/SchemaInfo.aspx?id=29, gives a nice representation of FOAF. Maybe you can contact the site admins there and see if they're willing to share.
