Hello Aldo, I'm developer, not a salesperson, so I can't give you references to commercial services that use the combination of OpenLink Virtuoso server and EC2 hosting (and I have no right to disclosure any information about customers). Nevertheless I can predict that it will work, because a) Virtuoso is not an experimental toy but a product that is in real use since 1995, and b) Amazon is quite good in hosting.
