Congratulations! This may be a very useful community tool.

The prototype features the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 license. 
Does the license cover the actual application or the data developed 
utilizing it? If the application itself is covered by the license, where 
are the sources? I did a quick browse but found no download link and 
would be interested to check it out.
