Many such namespaces have already been formally embedded into the URN
branch (http://www.iana.org/assignments/urn-namespaces) of the URI tree
(http://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes.html), and namespace
registration under the info: URI scheme (http://info-uri.info/) ought to
be easy enough, even if the info: registration hasn't yet formally gone
through the RFC Editor pipeline. (It has some strong backers, though.)
Hence, urn:ISSN:0261-3077 and urn:ISBN:0-321-18578-1 are formally
correct even now, and things like info:lccn/ will be in the near future.

I'll guess those live somewhere under
urn:iptc:workdoc:NMA:0315:1:srs-terms .
