Scheduling discussion of issues #397 and #52

Hello folks,

There have been a few recent comments on issue #397 and I have an
outstanding action related to it:

  QT4CG-029-07: NW to open the next discussion of #397 with a demo from DN See PR #449

PR #449 has been merged, but the issue remains. I propose that we
discuss it next week. The minutes from last time we discussed this end
with:

 We’ve reached the end of the hour without resolving this issue.

    + NW: What next?
    + MK: If DN has a concept of loading global libraries into XPath, we need
          to understand that better.

Dimitre, would you be able to give us a short demo next week?

I don’t want to devote another whole hour to this topic unless it feels
like we’ll be able to resolve it. I’m likely to try to focus the
discussion to get actionable next steps. Let’s see how much progress we
can accomplish in 30-40 minutes.

I also have an action to schedule discussion of issue #52. It was marked
to be closed without action, but RD asked for an opportunity to discuss
it first. I think that puts you in the hot seat for this one, Reece.
