QT4CG-026-01: MK to write a summary paper that outlines the decisions we need to make on “value sequences”

This is about the proposal to introduce "context value" in place of "context item". I haven't made any further progress on this.

QT4CG-036-02: MK to revise function identity following the discussion in meeting 036.

Done in PR 547.

QT4CG-036-03: MK to revise PR #521 following the discussion in meeting 036.

This concerns transitive-closure. Done in PR 521 (reworked 9 June)

QT4CG-037-02: MK to consider access to static variables in default function parameter expressions (and maybe everything possible in use-when).

Completed: I have added a further commit to PR 512 (relating to issue 256)

Note: although PR 512 was accepted at the last meeting, it has not yet been applied.
