Tests using derived types (e.g. xs:NCName)

In XSLT 2.0, use of derived types such as xs:NCName or xs:positiveInteger required a schema-aware processor. In 3.0 these types are available in a basic processor.

Nearly all our tests for these types are labelled with the dependency "schema_aware", meaning that a non-schema-aware processor will not attempt to run them.

I proposed to change the dependency to "built_in_derived_types".
