BCP47 reference, following a report from I18N WG from Abel Braaksma on 2015-10-16 (public-xsl-wg@w3.org from October 2015)

I just noticed the following mail in the public-qt-comments list that seems to have gone unnoticed so far: https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-qt-comments/2015Oct/0115.html, which is not reported as explicit bug.

 

In it, Addison Phillips (from W3C I18N WG) suggests to reference BCP47, since our text appears to describe the same fallback resolution for xsl:number/@lang.

Should we follow his advice? And should we turn this into a bug report?
