Given that we have a very light agenda this week, it would seem sensible 
that we devote our time to other productive activities.  Therefore I am 
cancelling the meeting scheduled for 2016-10-11.

Please aim to complete the review of the CR specifications, and editors 
please address editorial bugs as soon as possible to get these documents 
ready to transition to PR.   We'll meet again on 2016-10-18.
