To the best of my knowledge, XQuery, XPath, and XQueryX are ready except for the following items:

(1) Few remaining pub rule errors

(2) Edit the introduction and abstract - Jonathan will do this.
(3) ACTION A-661-09 - update requirements wrt fn:put decision 
(4) ACTION A-661-10 - left open for Jonathan to add a note about fn:put in the serialization section.
(5) Update of header links, status, dates etc.
